LO Liechtenstein

Six locations converge at a new 9000 m² site.

More momentum and meaningful interactions in everyday office life.

The Touring Club Suisse (TCS) recently opened new administrative headquarters in Ostermundigen, uniting 530 employees from six different locations. Excellently designed, the new office concept combines open plan spaces with small offices. Lista Office LO guided TCS through the planning process and supplied virtually all the furnishings for the new offices.

The concept

An industrial site from the 1980s has been transformed into a new showroom for LO Liechtenstein in Triesen (FL). Following a substantial renovation project, Lista Office LO has now filled the 600m2 space with modern office style interlaced with rare design classics.

The showroom is simultaneously a working office for the Lista Office LO team. The open-plan layout includes three permanent workstations and eleven desksharing stations. The scheme incorporates a variety of room-in-room solutions, with private spaces for concentrated work, lounge areas ideal for relaxing or creative brainstorming, and a large freestanding kitchen island, fitted with bar stools, with plenty of room for spreading out plans or designs. Three boardroom tables complete the office setup. The new showroom displays Lista Office LO’s entire collection: from tables to storage solutions; from seating to focused workspaces; from accessories to meeting room spaces.

“We wanted to create a timeless, functional office meeting high design standards. In choosing these design classics, our aim was to create a homage to the designers and manufacturers that we partner with,” says Michael Anderlin, Manager of LO Liechtenstein. The showroom’s character is created by simple, unfussy furniture with a geometric elegance of its own, enhanced by a colour scheme focusing on bold, solid colours, such as the blue chairs around the dining table. The overall effect is a harmonious fusion of art and technology. For example, the showroom is ornamented with original artwork by Max Bill, Heinz Mack, etc., cheek by jowl with modern communication technology, such an electronic flipchart with a display size of 165.10cm, and ClickShare for meetings. Michael Anderlin is delighted with the effect: “Design classics, art and technology – customers can experience our office as a harmonious whole and gain inspiration for their own schemes”.
