At school, we switch frequently between communicative learning and focused study. To provide the best support for these alternating requirements, the classroom should have a flexible, mobile layout. Reconfiguring the furniture for the next learning phase should be a quick, easy, and self-explanatory task: something that students can easily do themselves, quietly and efficiently.

Flexibility

We’ve designed the LO Education range to meet precisely these requirements. The furniture items can simply be rolled to their new positions and connected together with our magnetic “Click & Meet” connectors; then additional equipment can be added as needed. We have also worked hard to ensure that our furniture balances the ergonomic requirements of both students and teachers. These flexible designs facilitate smooth transitions between different learning modes – not only improving the functionality of the learning environment, but also helping to boost motivation.
